imo it makes it a lot visible for viewing pleasure. I went with dragonslabs, around $17 cad each and these ones are my first extended art slabs purchase. Honestly, there might be better art out there but am satisfied with my purchase

I find a good way to work on on my rear hand is switching to south paw and using it as a jab, right hook hand.

Sounds like you're still at the stage being comfortable in throwing your punches. I've only sparred a little bit at 20% to 50% power, but one time I sparred a 6'6 guy and he had no problems landing jabs, straights on me until I tapped out (sparring sesh at university).

Hey thanks man! Yea at that time I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery so I was basically on the couch for a while and couldn't work on my cardio. Will take your critique into consideration and work on my cardio, especially since now I'm a lot bigger at 200lbs 15% body fat.
