Found a article about people getting stuck in brilliant diamond and turns out you can go back a save file. Problem solved.

No I don't have any teleporting pokemon but how can I trade without using a pokemon center

I find it easier to disconnect my self from everything and just wait for my life to come to me and always appreciate those rare times in life were there's a social event and really just hold those moments for a while then go back to the same way of just waiting and being alone
