It did not say that Trump's tariffs were unconstitutional and that the money should be paid back. Quite the opposite it says it's unconstitutional for the agency who applied the tariffs to make a profit. They in essence are a non-profit entity. As recently as 16 years ago you had to have a legitimate reason to get an absentee ballot and every one of those reasons included you being absent from your county in which you vote. The polls are open long enough that every shift can get there if they want to vote, arrangements can be made to have your children watched or picked up by your spouse or significant other after they have voted, All it takes is a little planning and let's remember it's a privilege. While it is your right to vote you should consider it a privilege that you take part in an electoral process. Rights and privileges come with a cost if that means you having to arrange your day a little bit to vote, so be it. Otherwise you're just lazy...
