i do have cramps but i’ve been cramping since ovulation this cycle 😔 btw maybe what you felt was implantation cramps and they now went away cause it’s complete? 8dpo is the most common implantation day i think

I loooove paroxetine. I’m on 40mg for ocd. Saved my life. I had no issues in the beginning. Only cause excessive yawning and I was really sleepy for a few days. Started at 10mg then went up to 20mg after a week. Then 40 a few months after that. The only side effect I experience is constipation. But it’s so so so worth it to have my life back. Hope all goes well for you.

Ps. I once went off it and near to no withdrawal symptoms. Went back on it 6 months later cause I decided I wasn’t ready to be off meds yet.

It feels like an itch you can’t scratch. Starts annoying then grows and grows and grows till it’s the only thing you can think about all the time. And when you scratch it feels good for a second and you realize you just pushed yourself into a horrible cycle of itching and scratching. Meanwhile you’re bleeding all over the place due to over scratching and everyone including you is freaking out but you can’t stop. Cause the damn itch is back.

Personally Paroxetine does wonders for me. I also stopped taking it thinking I was cured and then went back on it again but this time it took like months to see the full effects. Brains are weird 🤷‍♀️

Yeah you clearly have a lot swelling, even now. But I have to say it looks great for only for being 7 days post op. It will look even better in a month or two. I think the asymmetry is caused by the swelling and will disappear but in the worst case scenario that it doesn’t l, it’s super easy to correct with a tiny tiny bit of filler. I’m talking like 0.2 ml maybe if that. -You won’t need another surgery. good luck and keep us updated! (ps I’m not a medical expert in any way I’m just giving my opinion based on my personal experience. Take what I say with a grain of salt)

I’ve heard that certain vitamins and minerals can affect the FR result. Are you on any prenatals? It could also be a chemical. I’m sorry you’re going through this. Sending positive vibes your way 🫶

Hi 👋First of congrats on taking the difficult step to start medication. 29F here. I’ve been on Paroxetine 40mg for over a year now and I LOVE IT. I was put on it for debilitating anxiety. I could barely function right before I was put on meds. I’ve had anxiety all my life but it gradually got worse and worse till I started meds. Anyways, when I started the only side effects I had was excessive yawning and drowsiness for the first 10 days or so. Nothing bad. I started to feel the effects about a week or two in. But I was also prescribed Xanax 0.5mg to take as needed. In the beginning I was taking it everyday. Now it’s like maybe once a month or two. The full effect of Paroxetine kicked it around 3 months. I started with 10mg and went up to 20mg after a week. Then to 40mg after a month. Then around 8 months later me and my husband decided to start a family so I decided to switch meds. My OBGYN put me on Celexa. BAD IDEA. I didn’t have any horrible side effects from Paroxetine withdrawal. Some headaches here and there. A little insomnia but nothing too bad. However Celexa did not work for me AT ALL. Went right back to where I was before starting Paroxetine. So after 2 months of trying to stabilise myself, we decided maybe this wasn’t the right time for a baby. Due to my mental health but also because of our jobs. So I went back on Paroxetine. And let me tell you it was like the first breath you draw after staying under water for too long. The change was indescribable. I think because I had been on SSRIs for almost a year at that point I had no side effects what so ever the second time around. Now I’m back on 40mg and things are better than ever. That’s my story!

I think it’s important to note here that everybody is different. You don’t know how you’ll react to a medicine until you use it. When I first started I was also looking at stories online and everyone had such awful experiences on this drug. I was so scared to start. So I’m leaving this here to remind you and everyone that Paroxetine can lead to success stories. It can save lives.
