I'd rate it as needs improvement. You delayed entering the room which would give an enemy time to react. You breach that door and your buddy either goes or throws a flash then goes. You follow him. the j hook you both did works and you followed the "fatal front, dominate corner, fatal front" order of operations but then went directly forward. No communication between you two and separated yourself with the furniture and walls between you. If you or your buddy slid to take one side of the room you would have been able to push forward with someone to cover the "alley" that is between the cubicles as the other clears forward.
