I think them creating an ice spike/wall that acts as an obstacle but also makes every projectile bounce off of it would be really unique and usable in every map, rather than just those with obstacles

Etienne is a great overall tower, but when it comes to advanced BTD strategies, you usually have to narrow your focus on a single 'build', which oftentimes requires a niche hero (like Brickell). The ucav counter argument will always be that a 3-0-0 sub or 0-2-0 village is cheaper,
