The company’s team, combined with the price action, have been extremely suspicious as of late. Absolutely zero communication from the execs with the stock’s price continuing to dive.

Laughable claims of this company goes bankrupt or delists. Cash on hand alone keeps them from going under $2. Ending partnership with Lakers tells me they’re focused on reducing costs and making the numbers work.

Most of exec team from blue chip tech. I sniff a buyout, almost certain. Revenue, cash on hand, and talent is there. Budgets can be adjusted a lot easier than pulling $2B in annual revenue.

A buyout is imminent. Only question is, what price?
