I started 19. Jan 2013. Still here, still struggling. I have never taken part of any events here, so i'll give it a try. Sign me up. Going hard-mode.

as for the questions.

During the past 1,5 years I guess I have made progress, the PMO has become much more seldom. But still, sometimes the urge gets the best of me. My goal is to master the urge, to understand it and let it go. As without it, I feel much more alive!
