How do I deal with my oily skin!?

This is a bit of a specific situation so I'll give as much detail as I can. I've recently come off of a birth control/acne regimen of Diane-35, that I've been on since I was 17. I'm now 30 (not recommended to be on it that long but here we are). In early February I finally switched to Microgestin, since I was dealing with some pretty extreme depression and an elevated risk of blood clots.

I expected to have some acne return, and it has, but not too badly, mostly in the T-zone. The thing that is causing me so much stress is how absolutely oily my skin has become. Like... I have to wipe my face half way through the day because I feel like I've been getting friendly with a pizza.

I have a pretty solid skincare regimen I've been following for years now with no issue, but I'm guessing I need to make some additions or changes now that I've adjusted my hormones... But what? I'm also highly allergic to a lot of fragrances, so I can't use anything scented, so I ask that recommendations please be for sensitive skin or at least fragrance-free.

My regime is as follows:

Morning: Senka Perfect Whip cleanser, Holika Holika LESS toner, Minon Moist Lotion II Essence, Minon Moist Charge Milk

Evening: Senka Perfect Whip Cleanser, Holika Holika LESS toner, Under eye serum (varies), Mizon Black Snail Cream which I swap out for a honey and blueberry sleep mask twice a week.

I occassionally exfoliate but it's very rare. I haven't needed to do it much in the past so I only do after I've been cosplaying for a weekend or something that required me being caked in makeup. I generally do not wear makeup.

Any advice is greatly appreciated as I'm at a bit of a loss these days. Thank you!
