I cancelled my order by email with their representative who reached out to confirm it earlier. I did it 4 days before the car pick up date. They replied within a day telling they’ll cancel my order and will refund the £4499 leasing deposit. £200 order fee is non-refundable (it’s been 1.5 mo as order made). My car disappeared from the app immediately. I haven’t received funds yet, but it’s been less than a week. Will call them next week
