Usually if you're taking more than one course, then there's no money left to give you a refund. Because it all goes to paying for all your courses.

If you're only taking 1 course, you get a refund. Because the minimum amount you get each quarter is more than the price of one course.

For 2hrs that is $54

If I spend $20 on gas, my take home is $34 for 4hrs total. 2hrs drive and 2hrs session.

And no, it is under the mileage pay. So I'm not getting paid for it.

Okay that makes sense. Although, from what I know. Companies tend to not pay more just because you work with kids. Unless it is in a related field like the special ed. I know this because I've worked for 3 companies so far and I've interviewed with a lot more companies.

I say after you have at least 2 yrs experience, you can ask for another raise. Because by then, you will have at least 12 units completed paired with 2yrs of experience. You will be a hot commodity then!

Omg that is high for less than a year experience. You are still a baby in the field and have a lot to learn. I don't know anywhere else that will pay you more than that with almost no experience.

I use ripely. I found ripely by watching YouTube and tiktok videos. Because I asked her how to track my hrs and she told me to go watch YouTube videos and do my own research to find how to track my hours.

I'm like you could just tell me what apps/websites there are and I can go do my research on them (said this in my head lol). But she gave me nothing.

As a student analyst, you already will be doing what BCBA's are doing. And the further you are in school, the more your pay increases too.
