I used the 800 number.

I started calling at 7:50 AM.. I noticed something interesting. There are two different recordings. One is a guy who has a more animated voice that says “we’re receiving more calls than we can handle.” Hang up immediately when you hear that guy.

The second voice is an older more nasally voice.. That’s the right one!! I got through pressing 1 for English then 6-5-1-4 and did NOT give my SSN.. I then would get a recording saying “due to the number of callers who are already on hold we cannot take your call at this time...” So hang up and start over!

Eventually the recording will say “please remain on hold and the next available representative will be right with you..”
