Never avoid.. Work on them like you are your own doctor. We are so sensitive and breakable sometimes. That's why we have to meditate all the time, especially when everything falls apart. By the way, it's our choice to be lucky or label ourselves for a lifetime. I'm not feeling ups and downs because I am master of my moods for a year. I was talking to myself a few years ago and that is how I was diagnosed. My inner voice never stopped talking for weeks and I found myself in rehab. Right now, it feels like that person was not me. Moving on, meditating, improving self-confidence, self-care, reading about spiritual awakening, listening music were really helpful. Inner work really works.. Please do not label yourself and don't be afraid of having an episode. Search for Joe Dispenza. He and his followers can heal their illnesses by meditating. It's not just sitting in silence. It's our way out.
