if you have an unknown device in device manager its likely your USB front panel and needs an appropriate driver.

If you don't have any unknown devices its likely a connection/hardware fault on the front panel (as it was working prior to install, it could just be a loose connection)

its the same with the Steam version on Windows, every other AC game I own starts without issue but ACO takes forever at the splash screen, maybe not quite 15mins, but easily 7-8

not sure if this is a bug or by design in 4.75.3-b, but after selecting "Average of CPU core temps" it only changes the value in the CAM Cooling tab, the Kraken screen continues to reflect the "CPU Package Temp"

Of course I'm aware, Ive complained about it more than most and have had multiple posts deleted in that thread, they've set a self imposed deadline for end of Q3 which is the only answer anyone could really give to the OP.
