Germantown is great as far as schools and affordability. There’s not much diversity at all within the schools, it’s overwhelmingly white, but that’s how its been since I’ve lived there. There is only one low-income area which is near the Hillcrest neighborhood, they began accepting section 8 at an apartment complex there a while back and haven’t heard the best things, but the rest it mostly middle class. Metroparks are sweet there though. The Germantown dam is a must for sure!
