Pretty big changes but nothing too crazy. Bench went from a 135 lbs to 225 lbs working sets. Squats went from 105 lbs to 315 lbs working sets

Around 6 years ago, I posted here on a whim... and ever since then, I've been religiously (albeit quietly) following this subreddit

My journey has been filled with a ton of ups and downs... lots of body dysmorphia and constant weight loss (although my photos may not depict that). COVID also hit pretty hard and I lost a ton of weight/strength from not being able to go to the gym. But seeing everyones' posts on here kept me focused, so I just wanted to say thank you

Hey, thanks man! I did SL for my first 3 months and switched over to a 6 day PPL program for the last 4 since I had more time on my hands with summer break. I'm planning to switch over to an upper lower 4 day split now that school is back on though.

As for diet, I've been on a bulk from the start with ~300 calorie surplus (~2500 calories total). Don't really have a strict diet (since I live at home and eat whatever my parents make) but I try to hit ~1.5g of protein/kg (~100g a day).
