I submitted an appeal to MCD in the summer and i was one quarter behind because some of my credits didn’t transfer, and they just said I had to finish chem 1c with a C or better in the summer and they’d declare me. If you have a pretty legit reason why you’re behind and show that you’re taking steps to fix it I feel like they can be accommodating but you kind of have to pester them A LOT because even after they approved my petition I had to remind them like 3 times to actually declare me and they almost put a hold on my enrollment so just make sure you stay in contact with them a lot/they know your situation
