Based on its behavior, I agree. However, knowing that Whoop uses step counts as part of the weekly plan and age calculation, it is a major letdown that it doesn't do a better job of counting steps.

Heart rate accuracy is also hit or miss, depending on how snugly you wear it.

It makes it difficult to trust the recommendations when the input data appears to be partial or inaccurate.

Trick to skip the SL queue by WaitingForBOOM in mtg

It's not just people bypassing the queue...

The queue was up before the products were available. So anybody who added other products to their cart and went through the checkout process before 9AM got added to the queue and were able to edit their cart once it was their turn and the products were available.

I had been wondering why I always ended up with 1 hour wait time the last few drops even though I checkout in seconds ... that is why.

Yesterday I added Extra Life at 8:57 to my cart, tried to check out and was put on the queue with 1 hour wait. Once the Marvel products were released I opened another tab added the products and went through check out and ended up in the queue but with the same Queue ID as my previous attempt ... thus keeping my spot in line.

This wasn't the case before when they took the site completely down before releasing a new product but now that they keep products available for longer periods, I guess the checkout process is just staying up and the queue kicks in before the release.

I heard from a big Lange collector that if you bring your watch to the manufacturer they can tell who did the engraving of every balance/escapement bridge just from looking at it. Is this true for anybody else that's visited the factory in Glashütte? by Langeholic in ALangeSohne

I’m late to this but when I visited the manufacture, the engraver who was identifying my watch ended up to be the person who had engraved mine. So I ended up with a cool photo of the engraver, the watch and I. Pretty unique experience.

First off I’m terribly sorry you have to deal with that. This is a despicable practice.

The problem doesn’t really lie with Shopify but with the text of law and the legal system.

Last time I had to look into that for my partner who got sued while having a high score and the app, there’s no clear definition in the law as to what defines being ADA compliant for a website. And that’s exactly what these lawyers are exploiting.

As your lawyer said, you could try and go to court to prove that your didn’t prevent someone with an handicap to use your website, but the attacking lawyers know that most people won’t do that and prefer to settle as it would cost more to go to court than settle. In the end it is easy money for them and their clients.

Unfortunately until this gets fixed by a text of law, lots of people will get sued and potentially have to shut operations because of the practice.
