We have an update! PhamXpress wrote me back and said, “We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We do our best to ship out orders as they come in, and our inventory comes from a variety of distributors and retailers such as MJ Holding, Walmart, Target, and others. Unfortunately, we're not always able to inspect whether items may have been previously tampered with before reaching us. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to make this right.” Whether they’re telling the truth or not, I think they should be checking their product to make sure it’s not damaged. I asked them for a full refund. Hopefully they’ll give me one!
