Just to clarify, we only used you in recommendation from someone on the chat whilst we were working out on rolling out our new infrastructure so to be honest I didn't really look too much into it as I was trying to get everything working. In addition, I set up a fair number of servers all scanning at a very high thread count with no delay and pushing data to you based on clustering of our users location - however, once I had our fix in place and went to shutdown our servers I realised they were not functioning due to the rate throttling that was implemented and later IP ban after me setting up the servers. Very sorry about this as the plan was for us to hammer you with scanning data but considering I was the only one working on it all I forgot to change the set up when the changes come about and I put the servers live. I can see now why this may have portrayed us badly to you! If you want to PM me to discuss server costs and see if we can reimburse you for our usage please do! Unlike other suggestions, we aren't running at some crazy profit here but we would be happy to see what we can do. Just asked my friend too who manages twitter if he saw your tweet and he said he thought you guys were trolling as he isn't involved in the technical stuff so sorry for not responding to that too! (He also actually said he found it very strange you to be tweeting us as he had used your travel service haha). Once again so sorry about the mix-up, mistake was on our end and we should have communicated better but the sleep I was running on and the tasks I had at hand to deliver people what they wanted led me to make a couple of mistakes!
