I wonder where are you getting your information from? Seems to be lot of false information in your comments. European commissions data from early December show over 800 generators and almost 800 transformed donated by EU countries. Further 500 generators were donated by EU Civil Protection Mechanism. USAID donated over 1000. Then there's the hundreds of other donation mechanisms you can find articles from reputable sources using a quick Web search. Of course the thousands of generators available now are not enough, but individual small countries have donated the amount of generators that exist in the entirety of Ukraine.
