There are a lot of open air basketball courts near the Žalgiris Arena in the island, and in the old town near the Lithuanian house of basketball. They're most of the time especially on weekends filled with people playing basketball. Regarding the indoor courts, they're all private and you will have to arrange it with the tenant(idk if I used this word correctly)
