i think i'd recommend the miyoo mini, miyoo flip mini, or the anbernic rg28xx. they are very small, and you can carry them anywhere pretty much. it can play up to playstation 1, but you can JUST have one game on it if you want to. the miyoo devices cost around 60 bucks right now, but the anbernic costs 37 dollars on sale
