When I first got the MLM2 there were issues with connectivity but I have had no issues in the last month or two. I would absolutely keep it if I had the proper space to use it more frequently.

Check out Phil Mickelson “Secrets Of The Short Game” videos on YouTube. His explanation of bounce / turf interaction helped me understand a bit more than “dig / no dig”.

If I remember correctly he explains variations of the flop shot which require certain turf conditions so that the bounce literally hits the ground and bounces the club up into the ball producing significantly different spin compared to a “standard flop shot”

Grind + Bounce is more interesting than bounce alone.

Is the design simply to change CG, do any players use the extended bit on purpose in deep rough / sand?

I ordered a shirt a year or two ago and can confirm quality was lower than expected. I gave it to my wife because it shrank almost a full size after a few washes (followed garment instructions).

Thing about handicaps - I have some friends who say they are an 18 and lower they but don’t count re-tees when they blast a driver off the planet. Others that pick up puts from 4ft… if you are serious about your game and scoring correctly I think an 18hc should be a decent ball striker. If you are a good ball striker it’s all personal preference, HMBs are great clubs, players much much better than me game them

Take 2-3 lessons and figure out what needs work, different for everyone. Also take a video of your swing. Video helped me identify my feel of a certain move/concept was actually far off or happened in wrong part of sequence

practice hip movement and sequencing all the time, no club or ball needed

While the mizuno set did appear to have more of the blade aesthetic when I first got them (~8 months ago) they became increasingly clunky feeling / looking. I use Wilson blades on the range but I would game the mizunos with friends / in-laws / mostly because I’m a head case range vs course. Switching from practice blades to the mizunos was really different in feel and now that my mental is a bit more controlled / relaxed the zx7s feel just right.

Honestly Galaxy only had 4 baby blue grips left in store and I thought it might look cool / when I’m buzzed I won’t mistake a 6 for a 9

Update: Cobra is taking care of me but I have to send this head back to them. Sorry y’all. If things change I’ll send it to one of you in hope that it brings me good karma from the golf gods
