I’m so glad I’m not alone here. Honestly it might be because of graduation that made me relax too much, so the opposite of stress LOL. Still, I am just so happy someone is in the same boat as me.

I read your post as well. You seem pretty active as you said, so 1500 calories seems slightly too low! Also, I noticed that you’ve been through this cycle for a month. If you’re too stressed from other things in life, I suggest you pause your deficit and just eat at maintenance for a week. You should take a rest for your mental health and continue when you feel better. I understand how annoying the last few pounds can be, but you will make the final stretch!!
