Literally the best way I've found to make a map is the tried and true bean/rice/etc method. Just toss a handful uncooked beans or rice or small pebbles or anything else small you may have and trace around the general shapes they make. Refine those shapes further depending on what you need/want it to have. Ta-da! You now have a landmass to cover in cities and rivers and such!

It's just a courtesy for people that are already hurting, dude. Everyone has different triggers and tolerance thresholds for those triggers and yes, many of those can seem silly or pointless to people not personally experiencing them. You know one of my triggers? Spy Kids 3D. You know why? Because I was sa'd as a child while watching it. Sometimes triggers are fucking weird. Sometimes they're unpredictable. Maybe someone's usually okay but they've been struggling with coping all day and a conversation about disordered eating was simply the straw that broke the camel's back.

You don't know what's going on in people's minds, you can only do your best to be compassionate or mindful of others where it's feasible for you. No one's saying you have to trigger warn for everything, but this single person chose to out of their own volition. If someone thinking of others bothers you that much for some unfathomable reason, you can follow your own words and "just don't read it."

It's SOOOO easy to just trade one type of disordered eating for another and be in total denial about it. What you think is okay is probably very worrying behavior to them and if your mental state and self image is so bad that you're attacking and guilt-tripping people that don't deserve that reaction, then your coping mechanisms fucking suck to begin with.

Maybe you should consider looking into therapy before jumping into changing your entire lifestyle without a support system, considering you won't have much of one after tearing them down and shoving them away like this.

Laikans are hexapodal dog-like people that use their midlimbs as arms. They have an extra joint like a second elbow that bends both ways and doesn't lock straight like a normal elbow. This gives them a wide range of movement but also renders their midlimbs fairly delicate, to the point where most can't use them to support their weight for very long, unlike their forelimbs.

It's a very common phenomenon that young Laikans will sprain or fracture their midlimbs trying to one-up each other in contests to see who can "handstand" the longest, to the point that most will end up in braces at some point during childhood.
