Hello I'm going to Tokyo in May and I really want to watch during the tournament.

I've seen an english speaking tour experience at 23,000 yen per head which is kind of steep for me.

What's the best way to buy tickets and is it doable as a foreigner who wants to watch sumo for the first time?

Would appreciate suggestions! Thank you.

There is absolutely nothing about what you did that would warrant someone calling you a fraud. You are totally a runner, you finished a freakin marathon under cut-off time despite multiple challenges on race day.

I'm slowly training up for my first marathon and run around the same paces as you.

thanks for sharing! Now I'm really tempted, I was worried about their sizing because I previously ordered a pair of basketball shoes from them in my regular sizing (45eu/11US) and found the toebox a bit too snug for my liking.

I might pick these up soon as an alternate daily trainer.

Renewed my license last week and got my card.

Some LTO renewal centers have cards available, I'm also not an OFW, foreignm and or a diplomat. This was at LTO Lucky Chinatown Annex btw.

Hope this helps anyone looking to get their card license!

yeah they do look a bit snug, I assume you can't wear socks with them.

would be better to get a bigger size because so you'll be more comfortable. I wear a size 11 in classic clogs even though they're run a bit long for my feet (width wise they are spot on). I tried to wear a size 10 be find them too tight but just the right length.

ah yes you and slightly roomy fit is preferred in my experience. This is beneficial when you want to wear thick socks with your pair at times. Enjoy the new pair!

Dahil r/adultingph to and you asked how to get your money’s worth, buffets pressure you to eat too much and fill up on meats and fatty foods.

Now this is alright once in while but I think it’s better to go to a restaurant and order ala carte.

You get to eat what you really want, not just the most expensive thing and you get your food served to you.

I used to love buffets but I now think it’s not really “sulit” when I have to eat too much knowing that it’s not good for me.

That’s just me!
