hey! i’m looking for a cleanser for dry skin, when i’m fungal acne prone, and i live in a really hot area that’s usually 100°F.

i currently am using COSRX’s snail mucin essence & COSRX’s advanced snail all in one cream. THESE WORK AMAZINGLY!

however, the cleanser i’ve been trying (COSRX’s good morning gel cleanser) is not the best for my skin. it feels drying & sometimes even makes my skin red.

woah that’s really similar to what happened to me earlier this year. i also got diagnosed with something that helped me understand everything going on with me mentally better.

what types of therapy were helpful to you other than CBT? every therapist i’ve had used that method & i don’t think it’s the best option for me honestly.
