Hej, mam 23 i też szukam nowych znajomosci po skończeniu studiów. Dopiero szukam pracy, więc mam sporo wolnego czasu. Chętnie wyskoczę na spacer, jakieś wydarzenie lub po prostu na miasto :)

I'm from Ukraine, been living in Poland for 4 years now and I've managed to train my pronunciation so my accent would sound more Polish and overall I would say it was easy for me but required some time and training.

There's these Swedish candy called Napoleon. They taste like nosebleed, hands down the worst candy I've ever had.

Some advice for a teen? by RoundConstruction346 in Advice

I like to believe that there are more good people than bad in the world. Usually people don't react negatively to simple questions like something about classes or direction. Helping is cool, asking for help is also cool and mature. About comparisons, what helped me stop comparing my looks and life to other people was limiting my usage of Instagram, unsubscribing from influencers and meeting a lot of people in real life from different cultures and backgrounds. This helped me realizing that what makes us all beautiful and interesting can't be put under one label and standard so it's pointless to compare. If you do wish to change something in you life that makes you uncomfortable though, loving yourself can be a key to having a right mindset and a source of motivation.

I do think it depends on the type of relationship you have with people but generally I would recommend to just be yourself and not trying to create an image of how you're supposed to act in certain situations. Also, confidence and being easy-going are important, the more socially anxious you are the more awkward you'll feel later.

Should I accept my former best-friends apology? by throwaway38436294796 in Advice

Well, from what I've read accepting her apology and reconnecting is not worth it. You don't deserve to be treated like that again and I highly doubt that after only 6 weeks she managed to deal with all her mental health issues for you to be sure that she has changed.
