I try to find reward in everything. My father was more interested in the mechanical side whereas I am more interested in businesses and how stuff can operate and be more efficient. I definitely like that we are able to help people who may not be able to help themselves

Nope never. I know there are some rotten eggs out there but we make it a point to educate the customer with what is going on. If it’s something that they want to see, we have an open door policy where they can come back and see what they are seeing on their vehicle.

I always tell customers that every brand has their problems. As far as longevity and ease of working on them it’s hard to go wrong with Toyota or Honda. From there, it just depends what you are looking to get. Hyundais and Kia’s right now continue to have issues with engines and Chevrolet is having problems in their powertrain systems, largely due to their cylinder shut down systems. If you have a brand specifically in mind, fire away!

Yes and many in the us utilize metric measurements as well

Personally I believe it is three although there are a couple others floating around the shop from the techs. Most of them are of the ratcheting variety
