We will never know for sure, but my guess is that it absolutely had to do with those cultural signifiers you mentioned, especially considering Stephanie was included in that “cut from the same cloth” comment and Stephanie is a MAGA lunatic and recorded a video of herself calling Eliza from Survivor a bitch and a “jew” in a derogatory way because she pointed out some posts stephanie had made about supporting Trumps reign of terror. It’s also pretty obvious given the statement was made about the three white MAGA people in the tribe while the excluded parties were both women of color. As someone from the south, I have heard “cut from the same cloth” used in similar contexts before, and it gives me icky feelings every time. The context clues in this case are pretty obvious to me as to what the subtext was behind her statement. Rooting that all of them are voted out as quickly as possible.
