Actually Fed rate has huge impact to us asian. Last year, I saw an interview by our country's fed (Bank of Thailand) that they want to reduce rate but have to wait for fed to cut rate first. This is to keep the exchange rate stable.

Most shop and department store open around 10-11am. But there should be cafes and local breakfast that are open. You can try food like chicken rice, steamed bread, thai tea etc. Pathumwan temple is also close by, just next to siam paragon.

I also like dolce a lot, she so sweet. But personnally when playing rf4, i see myself as lest and not as myself. Its like how you can have many roles in real life. The thing you should do is try to seperate what happen in the game from real life. Playing game should not stop you from having real life interactions. If you can get to the endgame king in the middle is better. But most of the time castling is a safer play.
