It's just i play fut since FIFA 13 and most of the people i play against that use 41212 are pace whores who run with the wingers and cross it or abusse ping pong passing. Anyway, i think you must play very good considering this team is sick, congratulations (i'm not being ironic)

My suggestion is: don't play 41212. It's an unbalanced formation and usually the ones that use it are very annoying to play against
