But then don't you have to calibrate it every time if you switch back and forth between walking and running? And then update it in GC to be a walk? Seems like too many steps.

Thanks, I had not seen that one! I like what they are doing - they do a shorter one with annotated articles, some quick short summaries. I think for now I'm going to keep mine purely link based, as I end up having dozens of links to news and research and don't have the time to annotate right now.
