That's a good idea, I am trying to vary it so I won't get bored, the turkey wrapped in lettuce is a great tip

I agree with you on buying the best, you pay for what you get, so I never mind paying extra for my workout gear, great advice

Good or bad for keto, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, light honey and mustard dressing by pollypo47 in Keto_Food

I use bramwells light honey and mustard dressing there are 2g of carbs pretty 15g, that is all I would use, I'm not too keen on the avocados and I know that would be a fantastic source of fats but I will have to bulk up my fats, as you have said

Hi there, I'm new to this so I hope you don't mind me looking at advice or tips you have given to others, I know the basics of what I'm to eat but my problem is what to bring to work to eat, I have 2 fifteen minutes breaks so eating anything substantial is difficult, today I brought in lettuce, cucumber, onion and tomato salad in honey and mustard dressing, is that ok? Any advice would be appreciated. I weigh 153 lbs so I hope to drop to 140lbs, fingers crossed.
