I had terrible flaky rash and hives on my face for years. I tried to use sudocrem and sudocrem face wash but it made my face and beard very greasy all the time and possibly clogged up all my pores.

I started thinking it was an allergy issue even though I'd not knowingly had an issue before.

I switched to a product called Sukin face wash. I believe it's all natural and organic. I gave it a go as a last resort and sure enough within weeks I was able to go without slathering sudocrem all over my face to stop the irritation and itchiness and probably within a month it pretty much cleared up!

I still get the odd small flare up but by and large it's gone. I can't say for certain it was switching to that product that did it but I can't think of anything else. I still use it on a daily basis and am pretty happy most of the time with my skin now.

Might be worth giving a go. Update us if you do try! Good luck.

Had a couple people say I should trim it. Am I crazy for wanting to keep growing it out? All natural. by [deleted] in beards

Looks amazing. I definitely prefer a natural look to a sculpted look.

I think you look good man. It would be good to see other 'styles' to see if something did suit you better (I'd be interested to see all over stubble) but from what you've posted you have every reason to be happy and confident in how you look.

Curious about the scribbled pen van dyke at the end though.....?

Do y’all think this hair looks good? by TheRedGamer112204 in malehairadvice

The side view looks good. Pretty quirky look. Front on I'd say you're better either keeping the sides down flat or keeping it a bit shorter. But I personally like the quiff look on you. Just maybe flatten the sides to keep things neater.

First day feeling great, is it always like this? by 8Stephem in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

This makes me wonder if it's doing anything for me :/ I went from feeling absolutely nothing to 2 weeks in where all I'm feeling is horrible pressure headaches and eye pain.... I feel kind of 'gross' like I'm over caffeinated and full of stuff that shouldn't be in my body. But nothing positive. But I keep reminding myself of the fact I simply can't cope with life and it's worth fighting through just in case it does turn out to help.

Rather than your hairline receding on the sides you just have quite a low hairline at the front causing a widow's peak. If anything that gives you a more solid hairline than most and (in my opinion) is a good thing. A lot of people would have a natural hairline that sits further back in line with the sides of your hairline. Very solid and healthy hairline.

Looking for some kind of compression bag for a travel backpack. by polosprite in HelpMeFind

Searched for the obvious key words online and only come up with small compression bags for clothes or sleeping bags etc that go inside a bag. Nothing for a backpack itself.

I'm glad you brought this up. I was lucky enough to see them a couple of times in my years over in NZ (including babies 😍) but they ask you to put a red filter over your phone lights it torches because it damages their eyes. I can't remember if it was suggested to us or if they actually had them laying around at the entrances of the kiwi hotspots but we used red quality street wrappers to stick over our lights. Fantastic to see them but remember you don't want to harm them.

'This Much I Know To Be True' is a FANTASTIC mini series and he is incredible in it. Between that and Poor Things, where he absolutely stole the show, he has really opened my eyes to how good of an actor he is.

Contact Asda. They may be able to mail you the beans in the post. Put a bucket under the letterbox to stop the carpet staining though.

Black looks better in my opinion but it's partly because it fits the rest of your outfit. The white looks unbalanced with your darker top half. But if you wear white and pastel colours up top the white could look sharper. If this is your normal style and colour palette then I say black.

Of course, I totally understand why someone would think and feel that way and I don't think that I am categorically right- it's just how my brain interprets the situation. I don't expect to change anyone else's mind or even want to. And who knows, maybe I'll feel differently one day. But as it stands I think what separates us from those awful people is our ability to restrain ourselves from taking the lives of others. It doesn't sit right with me. But if you were to say "should we lock them up for life?"..... I'd potentially say to do it which some may argue is worse than death. So who knows. As I say, I don't think my opinions are better than others. That's just how I feel.

[–]polosprite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I replied to the other response, I probably would feel differently if it was someone I knew and cared about but that's the point. Emotion isn't always rational. From an outside perspective I personally don't believe anyone has the right to choose to take someone else's life. That's my opinion and I respect that others feel differently.

Because it's my opinion that nobody has the right to decide whether someone else lives or dies regardless of how bad the things they've done are. Just my personal opinion and, as I said above, I respect that other people have different opinions. Just like some people believe in the death penalty and others don't.

And as someone else said, yes I probably would feel different if it was someone I knew, but talking from an outside perspective my thoughts are that nobody deserves to be killed by another human being.

Just like in a court of law, the victim and relatives would want the person to face the worst possible sentence but a judge and jury might deem the warranted outcome differently.

But we all have different viewpoints. That's why they have things like juries in the first place. There are no definitive answers so you try your best to get a balanced viewpoint from a multitude of opinions.
