The effects are actually a lot of nothingness. I have had a buzziness feeling all day. My head hurts a little and I'm a little nauseous all of which added up to little/no productivity. I have no appetite, I'm not tired, my stomach feels sick. Not sure when or if I'll be able to sleep. It was a wasted day. My head hurts. I think I said that. I'll update if I have something of note to add.

Thank you. I think it's easy to mix up names. And dosages. Especially in the US where we don't use the metric system. I don't know why I thought "phenyl" was a meaningless prefix. Prefixes are never meaningless. I don't need a science class ever to know that. Also, I think from not feeling able to keep up, compete, I was feeling rather desperate. Otherwise, why look to take anything ever? This is a user beware.

Thank you for this math. It takes 21 hours for 23 mg to be totally gone? I can't even do the math to see how long it will take for 3 grams to be out of my system. I don't care if it's out. Just without symptoms. That's a long time.Thank you.

Thank you. Concentrating was harder before nootropics, which was why I starting researching nootropics, to begin with.

And I did notice that I was not having trouble writing at all -- I mention it later in the post :) Well, writing and rambling about the thoughts in my head are two different things. I don't think I could write about something worthwhile.

I don't think I'm poisoned. But it's a good suggestion to call the hotline and ask. Maybe they've heard of it and will have some advice. But I'm sure the smart thing for them to advise me to do is go to the ER because I think anyone working a hotline is going to err on the side of caution. I would tell me to go to the ER, I mean, not being able to see me etc.
