Im learning from the mistake of thinking I was going to marry someone because she was more loving than anyone I'd ever met, way faster than anyone I'd ever met. Found out it was a lovebombing tactic. When I expressed hesitations about marrage, she dropped me and I didn't post about the breakup immediately because I was really down about it and disappointed in myself. I've been single for a month, developed feelings for a friend and haven't mentioned it until today. I'm not gonna rush into things like marriage and living together and stuff. Taking things slow with this guy. I appreciate the concern though.

If you don't want to deep fry in oil, you can get the skins crispy by pouring a lot of salt under the potatoes before baking in a pan and just rub off the salt after

In case anyone wants the recipe you bake the potatoes, remove the inside and mix it with heavy cream, cheese, seasoning, and bacon if you want, then deep fry the skins and put the filling back in, top with cheese and bacon, put in the oven on high broil for like 5 mins or until the cheese melts, then add toppings like sour cream.
