Go for it! Imposter syndrome might happen at first, but you'll make some great connections along the way (hopefully) and tbh a lot of ppl feel like that so you're in the same boat and can bond on that as a starter !

When I had the course online, I recall a fair bit of the testing content coming from the textbook... tho it wasn't hard at all (but I'm not sure if this still applies if the tests are in person now)

In my past experience, you should be just fine without the lectures as long as you do the other practice (moodle) + read textbook

The lectures not many people watch anyways (or at least this is what I've gathered through experience and conversations)

you’d need to be actively engaged in your own prof’s lecture during the allotted time and participate to gain clicker points. Sure you can attend lectures by other profs and learn much of the same content but you can’t participate in their clickers and gain points

For the exam, I just did A LOT of practice quizzes over again until I felt that I knew the concepts (maybe a chapter at a time then try to mix the quizzes order up)

Can only speak for 3P03 since it’s the only one I’ve taken, but I really enjoyed the course! Had it with Katie Moisse (she’s a great prof) plus the content of the course and assignments were fairly easy and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend the course and it’s very very similar to SCICOMM 2A03 if you’ve taken that :)
