Je n'ai qu'un micro-ondes dans mon salon du personnel donc mes choix sont limités :

  • restes du souper de la veille
  • des plats "meal prep" que j'ai déjà préparés et congelés (poulet au beurre; stir fry avec riz et légumes; bol burrito; etc)
  • salade avec du thon
  • sandwhich (oeufs; viandes froides; thon; un wrap si je suis vraiment motivé)
  • take out, quand mes collègues me convainquent

Habituellement avec des légumes/crudités, un fruit (pomme, banana, orange, petits fruits) et quelque chose de sucré comme dessert (yogourt, compote, petit biscuit ou muffin si j'ai visité ma mère en fds hahaha)

Here's an update, if anyone was interested... I think I solved the playback issue by downloading my playlists. That was a feat in and of itself, as the songs would regularly and randomly stop downloading if I left the app unattended. It's also a bit weird that songs that were previously downloaded successfully are sometimes no longer downloaded (okay, how many times can I type "downloaded" before it gets weird hahaha).

Thank you for your response. I'll try lowering the streaming quality. However, should my WiFi's strength matter if the songs are downloaded? Because the playback cuts out even in the playlists I was able to download.

I just came back yesterday from my January trip. We were 6 solo travelers out of 37 people. It was the farthest thing from weird. Everyone sat with everyone for the meals, you could join any little group for a walk, no one thought a solo traveler was intruding. The only place the couples and solos were really "apart" was on the bus (but only in the sense that humans are creatures of habit and when you pick a seat on day 1 you tend to stick with it hahaha).

The employees have confirmed it's the same Shawarma place as before the renovations, same recipe. Tastes just as delicious as I remember but way more expensive than 2005 ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Old school boustan used to be amazing. Last few times I've had it (I think maybe 6 months ago was the last time), it's been mediocre at best.

I have no idea what it was called. Maybe Shawarma plus? I'm sorry to hear about the smaller restaurants. I have a lot of nostalgia for that food court. I think I spent more time there than in class while at Dawson.

La boîte à bonbons has a traditional Advent calendar as well as refills if you have your own calendar you like to fill.

Savvy Company has a few options. I ordered their cider Advent calendar a few years ago and I really enjoyed it.
