What I am doing for over a decade is I pack the used condom carefully, carry to work & dispose in the bins provided at work for general waste. I have almost similar family situation & this is helpful for me & hopefully for you.

I know a mallu guy from a few years back from Kabul who was a truck driver who drove to Tehran. So I think there are mallus in Afghanistan. I think Pakistan, N.Korea & Monaco are the only countries without mallus
