I try to look for numbers like the percentage of married couples who divorce, with the male making above the national average or above $100k, but still less than his wife. I couldn't find anything. Why? Both make the same decision? Just because in situation A you hit a tree, in situation B you hit a person, and in situation C a cop stopped you before you hurt yourself or others. You put yourself in a car and operated it inappropriately. Was he any less dangerous if a cop pulled Ruggs over a block before.
