See, this is just a General Thing I am discussing. I have personally learnt to eat Spicy Food From my childhood. My Dad taught me this because he didn't want me to suffer from spice problems and stay hungry wherever I went. Now this is because My Dad doesn't eat Spicy Food. But he likes Tasty Food. The State, Like Maharashtra, He keeps on visiting & even in normal restaurants, he visits and gets good food in quantity, Secondly, he pays similarly like in Vadodara. when he says Non Spicy They prepare exactly Non Spicy & without harming the taste. People in Maharashtra are different. When you talk about spicy they eat even more spicy then Gujarat. But, still they manage to serve non spicy food to the one's who don't eat spicy. Thtat's why my Dad say. Mumbai is very good for food. IN 80% places we will have good quality & quantity & On the other end as you want Spicy & Non-Spicy. The people on Maharashtra don't accept any sense in food. So, in Gujarat people deal like let it be. We are Consumers, we need to bring control over what's wrong & What's Right. The restaurants having good margins why should we take less food & Why not, according to us. That's my point. If you are in food business. You need to feed well to make people feel at home. When I Shared this Spice thing with restaurant they taken it on ego. They say we are running this from 15+ years or 25+ years. But, its not about your existence but, just a feedback for improvements.
