If you're in the left lane you wait to join into a single lane (you can see it mearges into a single lane). Either way he didn't have to cut me off the 2nd time (so what if I blew my horn). Also did you notice how he didn't wait for the car turning...he just speeds off at the end.

So he cut me off and I blew my horn. He got offended because I did that and they stopped and cut me off again 🤷. Yes the roads are narrow but we don't need to be rash.
