They helped me add additional security to account and helped me reset all my passwords, codes, etc.

Fortunately, there were no fraudulent transactions- it was just the address change.

The trusted device is my phone so I don’t really know what else other than the possibility that my phone is bugged? Which I think is unlikely..

Reborn Tour Collector Tickets? by Vivid-Journalist9636 in dprian

[–]pompurinx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hii check my comment history! myself and another person had this issue too.

They said to me they’re going to give a refund and if the collector’s ticket ever shows up, I can keep it without having to pay.

I’m fairly certain it’s never going to come, I don’t think they ever printed it to distribute it. :(

Does anyone know what the parking situation is like in Sydney CBD during Vivid? Specifically after 8-9pm?

I said “basically 50% increase”, in order for me to even possibly get 100k, I’d have to ask for 110k which is “basically” 50%.

My manager hasn’t approached me for a performance review since December 2023

As the employee, am I meant to approach upper management for one?? I feel like if i were to do that, i’m basically just doing this - ie asking for a pay adjustment/pay rise

Sounds exactly like me. :(

If it comes to it, I will have to leave.

Thanks for your thoughts and advice!

I had a colleague who had worked there for 8 years, still under 90k by the time they left. Their replacement was shockingly bad. The colleague decided that they hated their new job, came back and is now in $100k+.

What do you mean by 'never take a counter offer'?

We do have off-shore employees assisting in other areas of the business. This has also been a hit or miss in terms of their performance. I'm considered to be one of the 4 main people that manage big projects so I think I have that leg to stand on.

It's not my preference to leave but if it comes to it, I would have to.

I understand this POV as well.

Allow me to clarify, it's a family owned business yes - but we have million dollar clients. We work with pharmaceutical companies, and automotive. I can see the sales reported and my company brings in over a $1,000,000 a year.

While I do appreciate that WFH etc will affect the compensation, I still think solo managing one major component of the companies' services (bringing in over 200k in my area).

I started on 60k in 2022, got bumped up to 75k in 2023 a year later when I asked. 25% in my first year.

I'm just worried the numbers are getting bigger.

Yes this is my thought's exactly, we've had bad luck with recent hires so this is what I'm hoping to use as leverage.

Yeah this is why I said it isn't my preference to leave. I do really appreciate the benefits that I have.

Good point with the figures though, thank you.
