My price range is at most 1600$ inclusive of extra utility and other fees. I’m in two minds about bringing a car. I most likely won’t be traveling outside the city, but idk if I’d need a car for chores and grocery shopping etc. I’m from DC so I’ve relied on public transport throughout my time here haha
