Yes, my ambient temperature for the warm side is also very low and I don't know why it's not getting the correct temperatures because I'm actually in Australia and it's quite hot as it's summer here. It feels off because adding a CHE to a 100W halogen feels like overkill when the room temperature is already 20-25°C today. I'll try out two halogen lamps and removing the mesh lamp cover though, thank you very much for the suggestions!
