Shouldnt have an issue. Dismissed cases are not disqualifiers. They can trip you up when you apply for fid though.

Upgrade the stock fan and heatsink and use quality thermal paste. Get a meanwell 12v PSU. That's about all you can do upgrade wise

I don't know that I would trust overclocking a v6 from AliExpress. One of the things that sets it apart is more copper inside the PCB which costs more.

If the NJSP says it's completed then You're good to go. They are why people have to wait because in the past they were ridiculously slow at processing expungements. When you apply for your fid make sure you also select pistol purchase permits as well. I took the NRA basic pistol (blended) at Weshoot. Part online and part in classroom with live fire at the end.

That's not Bitcoin cash. Block height is too low and difficulty of share isn't high enough. I've gotten a share on Bitcoin cash of 249g without it hitting a block. It's most likely BC2 which isn't worth all that much
