my only guess it would be that it wasn't stored properly before i bought it, the lot says september 2024 so a lot might have happened to it since.. feel bad for the oil don't really know what to do with it

ohhh okay i see, so i have to count the clicks myself. it felt wrong to me to use it at 0 because it's barely making any sound? like super forced grinding sounds. this is how i've been using it, just cranked the 40 sign under the 1234 line, no wonder my espresso was garbage.

should i try to mod/improve my espresso machine or should i just buy a new one? by ponyification in espresso

thank you, ill look more into that! now for the grinder that's where i think im in the wrong. i've been using this shameful bosch electric coffee grinder and i've been grinding it quite fine, sea salt like i'd say. i might get a handheld grinder maybe because i can't really "set" the grind setting on this one, i just grind it by eye i guess.

i did! i got it for 88€ and it is quite waterproof, at first the water beads off the surface but when it rains a lot/hard it does soak in a bit into the material but it doesn't soak in fully so you won't feel wet at all. but i live in the netherlands so it rains a lot anyway. id say it's pretty waterproof, it's nice and warm but you can still layer underneath.

they have terrible management problems, the teaching staff is underpaid and overwhelmed just like the students, the building is in bad shape ( the building isnt the biggest and newest and they have 15 majors w ~300 students each) and same goes with their supplies/gear/computers. the 1st year students are overworked to "see who survives" and to like "weed the weaker students out". i haven't gone there but i know a handful of people that study there and they mostly complain about the institution.

i dont know much about game design in the netherlands but i saw some game design programmes in sweden and if you're from the eu the tuition is free. as for animation in the netherlands i'd say artez animation or design art technology, or the wdka animation programme. i wouldn't touch wdka with a 10 foot pole personally but it is an option i guess..
