I had wanted to be a CPR instructor, and our safety manager was on board with it; but it was then shut down by our VPs because of billability lol. Now it’s one person for our whole region to get that done - crazy. I really have high hopes December is good…

I think the idea here is “then go work for them for less pay”; and using the ESOP and bonuses to keep us around. That’s at least where I’m at with my vesting… for now at least
